Friendship Force of Cheyenne (FFC) is one of 370+ clubs around the world, chartered by the non-profit Atlanta-based Friendship Force International (FFI) to offer intercultural home hosting experiences. We send and host Ambassadors to/from other parts of the world.

FFI members are ordinary people of all ages who share a desire to spread goodwill, to better understand people of other cultures, and to value one another as friends.

Cultural journeys and home stays are the signature program of Friendship Force.

The Friendship Force of  Cheyenne, Wyoming
(FFC) Club Highlights

Cheyenne, the state capitol, is located in the SE corner of the state of Wyoming with approximately 60,000 population. We are at the crossroads of Interstates 25 and 80.

FFC was organized in 1977.

Our present membership is 50.

Our club can host a maximum of 20 Ambassadors.

We like to receive visitors in May-September when weather is outstanding. Ambassadors visit a bison ranch.  Nearby Crystal Lake is available for boating or fishing. Vedauvoo recreation area offers hiking & picnicing. A day trip to SnowyRange shows visitors our wonderful snow capped mountains.   Western museums house western art, rodeo history, archeological digs, and state history.  Our club is compact and we travel by car easily.  There are a variety of area restaurants.  Friendliest folks in Wyoming.  Come and visit--see for yourself.

Denver International Airport is the closest major airport.

Cheyenne has it's own regional airport
(served as a stop on the original cross country air mail service).

Cost of transportation between DIA airport and our city:  approx. $300 for a charter bus.
